Podcasting of personal finance information, and even advice, could figure highly in the future of adviser-client relationships following the launch of just such a service.

Martin Bamford, director of IFA firm Informed Choice, says the decision to start producing a series of 10-minute podcasts is a natural follow-on from the organisation’s blogging activities, and as a result of the feedback received from the logs. Kicking off with pensions, the podcasts – think of a pre-recorded radio show that is distributed online, but which the listener can download in file compression formats such as MP3 at any time - will also look at areas such as protection and investments, and are being seen as a core part of Informed Choice’s integrated marketing strategy, Bamford...
