Cofunds has added two funds from emerging markets specialist boutique HEXAM Capital to extend its offshore range.
Both the Dublin-domiciled Ignis International HEXAM Global Emerging Markets and the Emerging Europe funds are 'A' rated by Standard & Poor's and are run using a high conviction style. Meanwhile, a UK-domiciled mirror fund of the emerging markets offering managed by Bryan Collings will be made available to UK retail investors in the first quarter of 2009. "Emerging markets will come out of the current crisis stronger than the developed world and over the long-term, will enjoy more sustainable growth," says Collings.
