Hargreave Hale launches free SIPP for 'active' investors

Hargreave Hale has launched a SIPP with no annual charge for 'active' investors.

The SIPP tax wrapper is free to all investors who generate more than £250 in commission each year. Hargreave Hale says its pre-launch research found it was very difficult to compare the SIPP market due to the complexity of charging structures available. As a result, the firm took the decision to make its SIPP free for actively engaged clients to try and make it easier for investors to understand their pension.
