Friends Prov appoints e-business development head

Friends Provident has promoted company veteran Steven Young to spearhead its e-business development.

Young has spent the last 22 years with Friends Provident, where he has been involved with technical system development projects. For the last eight years, Young and his team have been responsible for developing many of the firm's individual business online services, plus data integration solutions for the intermediary market. He has held positions in sales, customer services, marketing and e-commerce and also worked for an IFA firm prior to joining Friends Provident.
