Bright Grey calls for tele-underwriting clarity

Bright Grey says the protection industry may require greater clarity of the definitions used for tele-underwriting to "remove confusion" in the market.

The protection arm of the Royal London Group says companies are introducing tele-underwriting in varying ways – some for any information gathered over the phone, others for health details only.
