The Government may not meet its April 2012 deadline for personal accounts, says CEO of the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority (PADA) Tim Jones.
Jones told the BBC’s Money Box programme last weekend he does not know if PADA will achieve the deadline and he may have to tell ministers he will set a later date. He says: "As incoming CEO it makes sense for me to review the plans. "I understand the desire for 2012 and so far I have not seen anything that says it is unachievable but I need to do that review and when I’ve done that review I will be able to have a conversation about what a proper date is.
