Poll identifies UNIPASS demand in fund management and mortgage space

Jupiter is the asset manager advisers would most like to see adopt UNIPASS digital certificate technology, according to the results of polls conducted by standards organisation Origo.

Just over half, 53%, of 366 votes lodged on Origo’s website point to this demand. Other asset managers identified are Fidelity (13%), Gartmore (9%), Invesco (8%) and New Star (6%). When asked about lenders advisers in the mortgage poll identified 16 firms they would like to see adopt the technology. Cheltenham & Gloucester took 18% of the vote, followed by Halifax (14%), Nationwide (13%), Northern Rock (11%), and Alliance & Leicester (11%).
