Provider Standard Life has launched the second in its series of guides to technology for IFAs.
The latest instalment covers back-office systems, including coverage of the existing market, advice on choosing a system, data issues, regulation, and service, support and training issues. A pull-out comparison table is also included. A spokesman for the provider says the response to the first guide has been good, with many thousands of copies received or downloaded from its extranet website for IFAs. IFAonline
