Only Group has today launched a new website to provide conveyancing needs for mortgage brokers in the B2B sector.
The new site, www.onlyconveyancing.com, has been developed in-house to allow mortgage brokers to submit high volumes of cases and boost their incomes, according to Only Group. The firm says it has assembled a number of high profile property solicitors to take up volumes of cases, with quotes for legal costs of buying, selling and re-mortgaging. The site features a broker network, allowing registered brokers to submit higher volumes of cases, detailed quote breakdowns and the ability to track cases online.
