SIPP provider Suffolk Life has unveiled a service charter as part of its efforts to develop its business.
The charter provides guidelines on what advisers can expect from working with Suffolk Life over 15 different areas. It pledges to: Establish a SIPP within three working days of receipt of a complete application pack, plus have a working bank account in place the next day Initiate an investment instruction within one working day Bank all cheques on the day of receipts and credit to the relevant bank account Reconcile each main SIPP bank account on a daily basis Pay all agreed adviser invoices within 10 working days subject to fund availability Despatch annual statements and valu...
