Selestia adds boutique

Edinburgh-based boutique SVM Asset Management has been added to the list of fund managers available through Selestia's platform, which the asset manager says should benefit its high alpha UK and European equity funds.

Mark Noble, head of retail sales SVM, says the manager looked to Selestia because of the perceived “high quality” of IFAs using the service. The distribution deal also links in well with increasing interest in SVM’s UK Opportunities fund in particular, he adds. Noble points to mandates involving multimanager offerings from Scottish Widows and Standard Life as evidence to the market of the quality of SVM’s management abilities.
