Capita to announce acquisition of Quay Software

In a joint statement later today Quay Software and Capita will be announcing Capita's acquisition of Quay Software.

One of the founding members of Quay Software, Roland Rawicz-Szcerbo said he and Mitchell Philpott will be staying on with the company indefinitely and that things will continue more or less as normal. The company also has no plans to move from its Bishops Stortford headquarters at the moment and Rawicz-Szcerbo added that although it is premature to start speculating on the effect the takeover will have on Quay Software, he said that they are not anticipating any major changes in the immediate future.
