Focus develops 'guided sales' software

Software has already been launched to cater for the ‘guided sales' approach outlined in the Retail Distribution Review (RDR), with a pilot scheme currently in progress.

Focus Solutions is developing a variation of its focus:360 software to handle the proposed guided sales model in the RDR. The group's CEO Richard Stevenson says the RDR has led to new ways of thinking about how financial products are distributed in the UK.
