Conti launches international remortgaging service

UK-based overseas mortgage specialist Conti Financial Services has launched a remortgaging service for owners of residential property overseas.

The service applies to 15 countries across Europe, Africa and the US, including popular overseas property hotspots such as Spain, France and Bulgaria, as well as some less-usual destinations such as Cape Verde and Canada. The remortgage service is designed to help property owners worried by the current credit crunch to pay off any UK or foreign debt, reduce current monthly repayments, finance other property investments or potentially reduce IHT liability.
