Prior to joining the firm, Kelly was regional director for Europe at Royal Skandia for over 13 years. He will be responsible for developing non-EU distribution for Royal London 360° as well as Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS) opportunities plus other trust and company structures relevant to the offshore bond market.
