Investment law firm Lussan has opened an office in Luxembourg as part of its continued expansion. The affiliate of hedge fund consultancy group Laven Partners has opened the office due to increased interest from clients in setting up Luxembourg-based funds, according to Jerome de Lavenère Lussan, director of the firm. Meanwhile, Carey Olsen has made Guy Coltman a partner to bolster its corporate and finance team in Jersey.
