Nationwide International reissues Lifetime Guarantee account

Nationwide International has launched Issue 7 of its Lifetime Guarantee Account.

Available from 11 November, the account will pay up to 4.75% gross pa/AER fixed for the first year. The Lifetime Guarantee Annual/Deferred Interest account has a new rate of 4.25% gross pa/AER for investments between £1,000 and £49,999, down from 5.75%. Investors with over £50,000 have a new rate of 4.75% gross pa/AER, down from 6.25%. The rate reductions reflect the 150 basis point cut in the Bank of England base rate on 6 November. Lifetime Guarantee Monthly Interest has fallen to 4.1% gross from 5.6% for investors with £1,000 to £49,999 invested, while those with in excess of £50,000...
