The Court-approved informal Landsbanki Creditors' Committee has praised the Administrators, Deloitte, for 'doing a first class job' in trying to recover lost assets at its first full meeting.
Landsbanki Guernsey depositors are still waiting for the return of 70% of their savings after the Icelandic subsidiary went into administration last October. Five Landsbanki Creditors' Committee members voiced concerns about depositors of the collapsed bank to the Administrators. They comprise four residents of the island as well as Matthew Dorman, a member of the Landsbanki Guernsey Depositors Action Group (LGDAG).
