Switzerland is the favourite home of wealthy, international mobile people but London has taken a hit in playing host to non-domiciles due to the Government's 'aggressive' fiscal moves to penalise the mobile wealthy community, according to Scorpio Partnership.
Switzerland ranks top in Scorpio Partnership's Mobile Wealthy Residency Index (MWRI) due to its "rounded offer" rather than headline tax rates, says the business strategy adviser to the wealth management industry. London came second and Singapore third out of the 11 centres consistently described as the most attractive locations to live and work, by the mobile wealthy.
