T Rowe Price has launched a Global Real Estate strategy available to investors via a segregated account and the firm's Lux Sicav range.
The Global Real Estate Securities fund is approved for distribution in Luxembourg and is awaiting approval in the other jurisdictions in which the Sicav is registered. Targeting long-term total return growth through investments primarily in a diversified, global portfolio of real estate securities, the fund's portfolio may include investments in real estate operating companies and real estate investment trusts (Reits).
