There is only one appointment in Movers and Shakers this week. Offshore legal and fiduciary service firm, Ogier, has hired Marcus Hawgood as head of treasury services. He was formerly group treasurer at Computer Patent Annuities, prior to which he spent 17 years within the banking industry including responsibility for private client and corporate relationship teams at Lloyds TSB Treasury in Jersey.
