Conti and Charcol join forces to provide overseas mortgages

From 4 June 2008, Conti’s mortgage services are exclusively referred to Charcol clients seeking to purchase properties abroad through Charcol’s website, www.charcol.co.uk. Existing overseas property owners can also benefit from the partnership through Conti’s remortgaging service, available in 15 countries across Europe, Africa and the US. Conti said the market for overseas property remains buoyant despite the current credit crunch.
