The Securities & Investment Institute (SII) has appointed Richard Sayers as president of the SII Jersey Branch. He is MD of Jersey consultancy business Enhance Investments. Marc de Kloe will be responsible for Alternative Investments for ABN Amro Private Banking within the private clients organisation based in Amsterdam, covering hedge funds, private equity and real estate from 1 May. He joins from MeesPierson. RBC Wealth Management, part of the Royal Bank of Canada, has hired Vineet Arora as senior banker.
