The Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) have signed a side letter to facilitate the cross listing of ETFs in the two respective markets. The letter outlines that ETFs listed on the Hong Kong or Taiwan stock exchange and managed by asset managers licensed by the SFC or FSC will be mutually regarded for cross listing and offerings in each other's jurisdictions.
