Vanguard launches FTSE All-World ex-US Small-Cap ETF

Vanguard has released its FTSE All-World ex-US Small-Cap ETF on NYSE Arca. The fund is the only international small-cap ETF to track both developed and emerging international markets. The ETF employs a passive-management investment approach to follow the performance of the FTSE Global Small Cap ex US Index, which measures the investment return of stocks of international small-cap companies.
