Henderson to take advantage of Nurs

Henderson Global Investors is likely to launch an additional fund of funds to take advantage of the powers possible under Non Ucits Retail Scheme (Nurs) regulations. The group is aiming to adopt the structure across its fund of fund range but director of multi-manager Bill McQuaker, said he is unlikely to use the additional powers on existing products. McQuaker described the launch of an additional Nurs fund of funds as phase three of the changes he is making since taking over from John Husselbee in the summer.
