HMRC accused of ignoring calls to review residence laws

HM Revenue & Customs stands accused of ignoring increasing calls to review residence and domicile matters, according to Baker Tilly. HMRC is consulting on the contents, scope and structure of new taxpayer guidance on residence and domicile issues for the replacement of booklet IR20, which it aims to publish by March 2009.
