Yorkshire Guernsey has reported a 12% rise in profits, up from £7.7m in 2006 to £8.7m in 2007. This was a 9.5% contribution to the core operating profit of its parent, Yorkshire Building Society. During 2007, the offshore deposit-taker also moved to bigger offices to accommodate the growth of its business.
