Two property funds are to be the first products launched by former SG Asset Management chief executive Nicola Horlick's multi-manager consultancy business Bramdean Asset Management. Tariq Rahman, who has been recruited from Prudential, will manage a core property fund and another actively managed fund. Both will be open-ended, Dublin-domiciled and are due to be launched in April. They will have a minimum investment of E125,000 and be targeted at institutional investors and wealthy individuals.
