Franklin Templeton is about to expand its fixed interest range with a series of three Luxembourg-based funds with highly flexible mandates covering the US, European and global markets. At the same time, the firm is preparing to play to its strengths with the addition of the Sicav's first developed market, single country Value portfolio - a US value fund, to be accompanied by a growth version.
