M&G has launched a sterling offshore property fund that will be 100% invested in commercial properties The M&G Property Fund will have a large well-diversified portfolio of £100m, with over 20 UK commercial properties spread across all key sectors. The fund will have an offshore unit trust structure, domiciled in Guernsey, enabling it to be 100% invested in commercial property. It is available to investors via a multiple distribution channels. The fund is available with an initial charge of 5% and an annual management charge of 1.25%. The minimum investment is £1,000 for lump sum pay...
