Scottish Provident International Life Assurance has teamed up with Isle of Man pensions specialist Boal & Co to offer its offshore bond as part of a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS), which can be used to transfer frozen UK pension benefits for expatriates.
