Stuart Phillips joins Ernst & Young in Guernsey Ernst & Young has appointed Stuart Phillips as an audit partner at the firm's Channel Islands branch, where he will focus on asset management. Phillips brings a wealth of experience in emerging markets, having been based for several years in Russia and Kazakhstan. Originally from Yorkshire, he gained his Chartered Accountancy training in Liverpool, then went to Kazakhstan for four years before moving to Seattle to gain a CPA qualification.
