Only a fifth of European banking staff feel "fully engaged" in their jobs, according to a survey by human resources consultancy BlessingWhite. Just 21% described themselves as both happy and productive, compared with a global average of 30%, with 46% of the under-30s describing themselves as either "disengaged" or "crashing and burning".
