The big moves and promotions this month

Kevin Allen has joined Investec Bank Channel Islands has head of the firm's Jersey branch. He joins the bank from Royal Bank of Scotland International, where he was head of portfolios in the offshore real estate finance team. The Jersey arm of the Guernsey-based bank has also appointed Tony Grimes as head of risk and compliance. Grimes has been with the group since 2000 and is also a member of the States of Jersey public accounts committee.
