Chirin Capital is set to launch the Chirin Asia Absolute Alpha fund. The Dublin-domiciled Ucits III fund will invest in Asia excluding Japan, but including Australian markets. The fund will seek to outperform the MSCI AC Asia Pacific ex-Japan index on the upside.
