John Croft has been appointed head of broker sales at Deutsche Asset Management. He joins the group from M&G where he held a similar position. In this new role, Croft will be responsible for managing the four-strong telephone sales team. Tony Thompson has been named fund manager for UK fixed interest at Tilney.
