Legal & General's Mortgage Club is offering a penalty free mortgage deal with a 2.15% discount off the standard variable rate (SVR) for two years. This deal is only available through online application. The interest rate payable by borrowers is currently 3.8% (APR 5.9% variable). At the end of the two years the interest rate reverts to the SVR at that time. Online applications are submitted using Legal & General's Mortgage Decisions service.
