Clients need to do research and find the best deal when looking for suitable long-term care fee payment plans, as some providers are charging at least £90,000 more than others, according to the latest research. Findings of a survey by the Nursing Home Fees Agency - an IFA specialising in financing care home residency - suggests customers who shop around could end up handing over much larger sums of cash to cover the cost of nursing care in old age because some companies are taking on larger numbers of elderly clients than others.
