F&C integrates Friends First

Foreign & Colonial (F&C) has agreed to integrate the asset management business of Friends First into its own asset management business, subject to regulatory approval. The addition of Friends First, which will add E4.26 to the group's assets under management, together with a strategic partnership with the group, will provide F&C with a base from which to serve the Irish market.
