IFA group Baronworth Investment Services is offering those receiving Scottish Widows windfalls a discounted transfer into the Artemis UK Smaller Companies fund. Investors putting in up to £9,999 of their Scottish Widows demutualisation windfall will get a discount of 3% off the usual 5% charge. Those putting in £10,000 and over will get a 3.5% discount. The minimum investment is £1,000. Qualifying Scottish Widows members are to start receiving their demutualisation windfalls in August in the wake of the life office's takeover by Lloyds TSB.
