A diploma for prospective entrants into the financial services industry has been launched by ifs School of Finance in association with Education Development International. The qualification, 'ifs introduction to Financial Services Diploma,' will cover essential product and service knowledge along with skills in IT, communications and customer service. The diploma, with a difficulty aimed at GCSE-level, will have a number of compulsory and optional units.
