The majority of IFAs believe they are on top of the Financial Services Authority's Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) deadlines, according to COVER's latest online poll. The web survey revealed 70% of readers were confident they have met the deadlines set out by the FSA. However, 30% admitted they did not think they were up to scratch.
