NU tells AMII gym passes are just for starters
Private medical insurance providers should look in more detail at wellness offerings for their clients, according to Norwich Union. Speaking at the AMII conference, Alex Marshall, national sales manager for occupational health at the provider, outlined how gym membership through a provider should not be thought of as an end in itself. Marshall said: "It's not just all about gyms. Our experience tells us gym memberships are fine but not everyone can get to the gym to run on a treadmill for half-an-hour.
