A little more than half of respondents were unsurprised that 95% of businesses covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) had no complaints, according to COVER's latest web poll. The question revealed 53.3% were unsurprised that the FOS did not have to arbitrate in disputes between consumers and the vast majority of businesses.
