FSA to reveal national strategy

Both the FSA and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) will address delegates at this year's COVER Forum and Excellence awards, to be held on 1 October in London. Forum attendees will hear the FSA outline its national strategy for building financial capability in this country. The body will also outline what effects that strategy will have on the market and beyond. The FOS will later weigh in with a talk on learning from mistakes.
