Norwich Union Healthcare has introduced a bereavement helpline for the relatives of its group life product customers. The phoneline, which will be available 24 hours a day, will also be available to customers who have suffered bereavement themselves. Pam Stephens, head of group risk at the provider, said: "The death of a loved one can be extremely difficult to cope with and we are committed to helping our Group Life customers' relative in their time of need.
