A majority of intermediaries want providers to share their small-to-medium sized enterprise claims statistics. A poll of audience participants at the AMII conference found the vast majority of respondents wanted the association to pursue this matter further with insurers to ensure they revealed the statistics. However, Richard Norris, national sales manager at Axa, defended the provider's stance and stated: "The managing director and commercial director revisit this topic on a regular basis and, to date, it is not in our commercial interests."
