Royal Liver has appointed Steve Elliott as its new technical manager in the wake of Andy Milburn's decision to stand down as IFA market manager. Meanwhile, Nick Telfer has left Defaqto to become Prudential's product development manager. Ben Heffer will take over Telfer's helm at Defaqto as principal consultant for brand and service.
