An overwhelming number of intermediaries believe critical illness (CI) definitions need to be updated, according to COVER's latest online poll. The survey found 68% of readers were in favour of next year's planned review. However, 32% of people who took part in the poll admitted the current CI definitions were alright in their current state and did not need updating.
